The banner is still there in 20H2. It periodically includes a Web Browsing icon "encouraging" a restore. What it really wants you to do, and you can't opt out in a way that makes the notification disappear, is set Bing as your default search engine.

2021-02-18T16:29:57+00:00 Yes, I'm afraid this sort of dirty trick is becoming more and more the standard play of the big (and not so big) tech players, look at the farce between Facebook and Australia, but I digress.
I think we're stuck with this high handed behaviour for the the time being, until the customer matters again and the users can decide what search engine they wish to use without being harassed by those spying

2021-03-07T09:56:19+00:00 ??? I want rid of the unrequested banner taking up space telling things I can easily get elsewhere, an own goal. F11 has no effect as far as I can see certainly not a toggle.
