REMOVE, DISABLE, HIDE Windows 10 Settings Header

Why cant Microsoft leave things alone, I DONT WANT IT. but cant get rid of it.

I own this PC it does not belong to Microsoft.

Point taken, but the options in question are easily accessed from the task bar and the settings, and should not take up real estate on my desktop. It should, as you say be optional, I got it, then it vanished, then came back, then gone, now it is back again! all without input from me, you the user. It does not seem to rely on updates as I have seen some say, my banner has my picture and email also onedrive and updates (which I check at least twice a day every day. I am sick of it.

Some users, maybe most, like a header with user profile icon and shortcuts to Microsoft account, OneDrive, Rewards, Windows update etc. others don't. So a setting to show or hide that header might be the best solution. Maybe a tutorial asking the user to show or hide at first time you open the settings app might help, too.

even i had the same condition but  all of a sudden when cumulative was downloading my settings app crashed and when i reopened it the banner was disappeared and i run on win 10 20H2 , nothing to worry abt it i guess microsoft was testing it to see how well users recieve it 

P.S - i just got the banner back 

I bought my laptop recently and has the settings header! Now, since 2 days, after a cumulative update the header bar has vanished all of sudden , is there anything i can do about it?
