REMOVE, DISABLE, HIDE Windows 10 Settings Header

This bar got worse since the screenshot above.

Now if you are using FireFox, etc, as a default browser it says Web browsing. Restore, recommended, which is purposefully misleading for many people because it implies that there's something wrong with the setup.

Other items are just as bad.

Useless Rewards that I have to sign in for (I'm logged in with a local account).

It shows how many hours ago it checked for updates. What's the point if it's automatic anyway? Even if paused, those who paused it know what they did and it's temporary anyway.

OneDrive that keeps nagging to back up files. I must've told it dozens of times that I don't need a cloud backup and it still asks once in a while, and now this thing is right in the middle of the Settings app.

This "feature" must be written by a junior co-op. How it got through any senior product management is beyond comprehension.

Agree with everyone. The settings header is so ugly and rude. Just another step too far for Microsoft, there needs to be a way to disable it.

I would be annoyed less (but still) if I could see a reason for the intrusion, why is my information being should to me without requesting it and to any third party looking at my screen, surely a security breach in itself? Idiotic.

I hear you, they insist on answering questions nobody asked. The latest slap in the face at least for me is the "meet now" icon, another thing I don't want and didn't ask for. All these "impovements" should have toggles. (Rant over)

Point taken, but the options in question are easily accessed from the task bar and the settings, and should not take up real estate on my desktop. It should, as you say be optional, I got it, then it vanished, then came back, then gone, now it is back again! all without input from me, you the user. It does not seem to rely on updates as I have seen some say, my banner has my picture and email also onedrive and updates (which I check at least twice a day every day. I am sick of it.
