    I don't know why you all hate it so much. I actually like it. But I want it to become translucent because for me it isn't.

    Yes, it does come back with some updates, but only takes a second to remove it.

    even i had the same condition but  all of a sudden when cumulative was downloading my settings app crashed and when i reopened it the banner was disappeared and i run on win 10 20H2 , nothing to worry abt it i guess microsoft was testing it to see how well users recieve it 

    P.S - i just got the banner back
