Did you select most thorough test?
If there will be no BSOD you need to reduce frequency no more.
memtest86 is a standalone program, which ran with no errrors.
Memtest86 has several test modes. Most thorough usually takes 1/2-1 day,
But full memory test is impossible, it will require millions of years, So each test is partial only and cannot find all errors.
what should i do next? :S
Remove all possible overclocking. Reduce RAM frequency below default and timings above default step by step. Do this until BSODs will appear no more.
May be slightly increasing CPU and memory voltage will be useful.
