my pc crashed while just watching twitch tv, all the graphics went really low quality then whole pc crashed, had to restart.

i installed geforce experience and as it was doing the update driver, pc crashed and after playing rust, my task bar all went black, i couldnt even see the time.

i have run windows memory test which said no faults, ive done chkdsk and that says no errors.

event viewer shows a critial error, errors and warnings.

    Hi Grogan,

    did you turn off PC forcibly by holding power button?

    If not, Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supplying. It may mean problems with PSU or power management in BIOS or motherboard too.

    screen went black and i pressed esc and pc restarted. i tried to run memtest86+ via usb but i couldnt run it for some reason, i was used reset a few times to keep trying.

    You may try to run Windows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts.

    Or just reduce memory frequencies noticeably, increase timings and check if this will help.

    i will try the memory diagnostic tool and put it on extended.

    how do i reduce the memory frequencies? the ram mhz and how do i increase timings? the error doesnt always happen, its happens at random times and only happened 4 times in 3 days
