Hi, I too faced the same problem and i tried with various command prompt codes and found that the error was occurred due to crash in Cortana. Just reset the Cortana the error will fix automatically.

    Hi there

    This happened to me too when I was just woking with Glary App, this affect the Cortana on startup so just simply go to the setting and Reset the Cortana, then Restart your PC. Problem solved.
