Hi, I too faced the same problem and i tried with various command prompt codes and found that the error was occurred due to crash in Cortana. Just reset the Cortana the error will fix automatically.

    I had to search for cortana from the start screen magnifying glass and then right click on the app, and get to app settings that way. Thanks for the help!
