Hi, I too faced the same problem and i tried with various command prompt codes and found that the error was occurred due to crash in Cortana. Just reset the Cortana the error will fix automatically.

Thank you very much. Thanks to you my Win32Bridge server is solved and much more.
The problem appeared after a major Windows X update. For several days, the machine was doing some repairs when starting and often failing to start and if having started was not working properly (very slow, failing to open some apps). I did a complete reset with no positive outcomes. The computer was saying that many items were corrupts. Finally I was getting this message about the bridge. Since I reset Cortana, the computer starts with no problems and all the apps work all right. I cannot thank you more as I thought I would have to reinstall Windows. You saved me a lot of time and trouble.
