Windows 10 Ent. Update Feature 2004 Bluetooth issues

i am having a trouble with windows 10 ent version 2004 when using a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse ???? as i am having a Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse and just keeps disconnecting also i have a WiFi and Bluetooth card 7260AC and fully updated.

is there any list for the supported Microsoft Bluetooth mouses or supposed any Microsoft Bluetooth mouse should work.

    Thanks for your suggestion. I've tried it on my Lenovo Yoga 2 pro. It does not solve the problem for me. My mouse keeps stop working randomly.

    My only solution is to use my old wired mouse :-(

    Regretfully my issue wasn't resolved, either. Crapped out within a few hours. This is very frustrating.

    My issue seems related. I now have to click-pause-click-pause-click to register a single (left) click using a Microsoft Modern BT Mouse. I think the problem has to be in the drivers. The driver version is 10.0.19041.488 which is dated 6/21/2006.

    This seems completely wrong: the driver that is being used by Windows 10 was developed before Windows Vista was released? When I click "Update Drivers" the response is that the most recent driver is installed. Did anyone at Microsoft do any compatibility checking for the most recent updates to Windows 10. My problems started with the roll-out of Win10 Version 2004 build 19041.508.

    I does no harm to ask, probably no good either, but Microsoft please address this issue. 

    In the meantime, it's back to a wired mouse.

    Has anyone finally resolved the issue?

    I'm facing the same as well.

    It started to occur when I upgraded Windows from 1909 to 2004.

    I have HP Probook 430 G1 notebook with Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260  / Intel Wireless Bluetooth.

    I'm using HP x4000b Bluetooth mouse.

    Already tried totally everything:

    • Uninstall/install new/old/windows default drivers for Bluetooth and Wifi.
    • Unticking "Allow the computer to turn off device to save power" in Device Manager in:
    1. "HID-compliant device" in Mice and other pointing devices (it's greyed out)
    2. Bluetooth (it's missing and moved to other sections)
    3. Bluetooth HID Device in "Human Interface Devices" section
    4. USB Root Hub/USB Root Hub (USB 3.0) in "Universal Serial Bus controllers" section

    Recently I even upgraded Windows from 2004 to 20H2 - still didn't help!!!

    Microsoft, please respond!!!
