Windows 10 Ent. Update Feature 2004 Bluetooth issues

i am having a trouble with windows 10 ent version 2004 when using a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse ???? as i am having a Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse and just keeps disconnecting also i have a WiFi and Bluetooth card 7260AC and fully updated.

is there any list for the supported Microsoft Bluetooth mouses or supposed any Microsoft Bluetooth mouse should work.

    And I think it is gonna stay like that. Maybe an issue more on the manufacture side and not on Microsoft.

    Thanks for suggestion. I have uncheck all the  "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" checkboxes of all items under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" but did not work for me. My Computer is Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro (Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 7260). After updating to version 2004 my bluetooth device "Power Management" tab disappeared but this option has solved mouse issue on version 1909.

    Edit:

      When mouse freezing at the same time the bluetooth icon on the system tray disappear and then back again for a moment. I checked Event Viewer just after the mouse issue occured and I saw there is some log related to bluetooth as below:

    (Event Viewer -> Windows logs -> System)

    Warning / Event ID: 2 / Source: HidBth

    Bluetooth HID device  either went out of range or became unresponsive.

    Warning / Event ID: 34 / Source: BTHUSB

    The local adapter does not support an important Low Energy controller state to support peripheral mode.  The minimum required supported state mask is 0x2491f7fffff, got 0x1fffffff.  Low Energy peripheral role functionality will not be available.

    Maybe someone has a idea about these event logs.

    Had the same problem after I installed 2004 update - works flawlessly after following your advice! Dell couldn't get me through it with their support either, I tried 2004 a while back and had given up and restored back to a point that it was working. Have a Dell XPS 13 also.

    I initially thought this worked only for the Bluetooth mouse to drop out again a few minutes later, seems to be so random, can be a few times a minute or sometimes go for ages without dropping out, each timeout is random length of time too from 5-20 seconds., I have disabled the power off option under USB controllers, and HID, was there one that I missed, I have an MSI Prestige 15 A10SC laptop with the Microsoft Modern Mobile Mouse.

    What I have noticed is that with the device manager open when the mouse disconnects is right after the entire list of devices disappears from the device manager, I'm just going through the Event Viewer no to see what has been logged.
