Windows 10 Ent. Update Feature 2004 Bluetooth issues

i am having a trouble with windows 10 ent version 2004 when using a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse ???? as i am having a Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse and just keeps disconnecting also i have a WiFi and Bluetooth card 7260AC and fully updated.

is there any list for the supported Microsoft Bluetooth mouses or supposed any Microsoft Bluetooth mouse should work.

    Clicking doesn't work for me when my pointer freezes. It is still connected to my computer. It is like the Windows stops processing its signals. When I open the Bluetooth settings, my pointer performs all the actions I did when it was frozen. For instance, if I draw a circle with it, the pointer does a circle when opening the Bluetooth settings.

    Besides that, I've got what may be a clue. Resetting the service bthserv "awakes" the mouse again. I reset it using this PowerShell line:

    Restart-Service bthserv

    I hope this gets solve soon. I don't want to have to buy another mouse.

    Same issue on my machine. It seems like the Bluetooth adaptor is turned off randomly since I loose connection to both my BT mouse and BT wireless headset. It reconnects shortly afterwards.

    None of the power saving options in device manager worked for me.

    Same problem with my Lenovo Yoga 2 pro. I need to stop and restart my laptop to recover my microsoft mouse 3600.

    No problem before the 2004 update.

    No change with power savings options

    Really need a solution

    I think we all may have to click the feedback option to let Microsoft know about this very annoying issue. Still having problems with my Logitech :(.
