Windows 10 Ent. Update Feature 2004 Bluetooth issues

i am having a trouble with windows 10 ent version 2004 when using a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse ???? as i am having a Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse and just keeps disconnecting also i have a WiFi and Bluetooth card 7260AC and fully updated.

is there any list for the supported Microsoft Bluetooth mouses or supposed any Microsoft Bluetooth mouse should work.

    I have same issue with my Xiaomi bluetooth mouse. As i see other people have exactly same problem. Microsoft must get it fixed as soon as possible. If it's last OS version we don't need to change many option at devices manager.

    For me the solution was to uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in the Power Management tab of the "Intel Dual band Wireless-AC 7260" device. I also updated the driver to version 18.33.17.1, but I don't think that this was responsible for fixing the problem.

    I'm trying this method + what {#Frank} is doing (turning off the power management for the intel wifi adapter as well). Hope it works before i give up and switch back to old corded mouse and keyboard as i have never had a smooth experience with bluetooth on windows 10 without doing all these power management trick.

    Microsoft, shame on you for ignoring this issue for so long. You do know it's 2020 and bluetooth is everywhere.. i'm using your product Microsoft Designer Keyboard + Mouse which works better on mac than windows.. ridiculous.

    Hello, 

    Does anyone have any clue how to solve that issue ? We have about 50 PC's using BT mice so it is a big isse for us. Turning off power management settings does not work anymore.

    I have to correct myself. Turning off the power management is making the problem less, but it is still there.

    It seems like the mouse falling itself in a sleep mode, although I am moving it in that momemt. Longer pressing a mouse button awakes it and I can continue.

    I think, Windows is sending a fall-asleep command to the mouse, which did not happen before.
