i am having a trouble with windows 10 ent version 2004 when using a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse ???? as i am having a Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse and just keeps disconnecting also i have a WiFi and Bluetooth card 7260AC and fully updated.
is there any list for the supported Microsoft Bluetooth mouses or supposed any Microsoft Bluetooth mouse should work.

Yes, I disabled the built-in bluetooth hardware and bought an MPOW USB bluetooth 5.1 dongle that had more up to date drivers. Everything is working great for me now.
The problem seems to be caused by older Intel bluetooth devices, which Intel won't release an update for their drivers.
Yep, built in obsolescence in action, and working well for the Computer Vendors.
Not solved, but livable when I found the 20+ places that I needed to turn off "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". I'm still getting Events 2 and 34, but my mouse continues to move the cursor, only occasionally stuttering.

Not all that helpful in my case. Most of the power management settings that I used to have were missing, after that Windows update, which is when the problems began. Of the ones that remained, unchecking that box had no effect, as if Windows was ignoring that setting, entirely. I had to replace my bluetooth hardware with a USB Bluetooth dongle that had more recent drivers to get everything to work correctly.
To add to the above, I have noticed that for testing I connected two bluetooth mouse to the same laptop. The newer (current) logitech M590 will disconnect as many of you have experienced, however my older (2012) microsoft notebook mouse 5000 will continue to work, for what it's worth, it might have to do with the Low Energy GATT part that is the issue.
