Exactly the same thing for me. The issues have returned after updating and now the power management tab is gone... Also as @GaryShaw2 mentioned, the csenabled in reg editor does not work.
This is so annoying...

i am having a trouble with windows 10 ent version 2004 when using a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse ???? as i am having a Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse and just keeps disconnecting also i have a WiFi and Bluetooth card 7260AC and fully updated.
is there any list for the supported Microsoft Bluetooth mouses or supposed any Microsoft Bluetooth mouse should work.

Searching the forums and Google, this has been going on for years. Why doesn't Microsoft have a solution for this, or why was it overlooked on this latest update!!! Come on, Microsoft, help us!!!

2020-06-09T19:38:32+00:00 The new Windows update removed this option. I know because it previously fixed all my Bluetooth issues. After updating, the issues I had returned, and immediately saw the option was no longer there. Now I'm trying to figure out which USB controller to disable power management so it doesn't disable Bluetooth in my motherboard.

2020-05-03T03:23:02+00:00 Go Device Manager, Mice and other pointing devices, click on adapter, if there click on Power Management and clear the check before Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
