Windows 10 Ent. Update Feature 2004 Bluetooth issues

i am having a trouble with windows 10 ent version 2004 when using a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse ???? as i am having a Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse and just keeps disconnecting also i have a WiFi and Bluetooth card 7260AC and fully updated.

is there any list for the supported Microsoft Bluetooth mouses or supposed any Microsoft Bluetooth mouse should work.

    Lenovo X1 Extreme. Logitech MX Anywhere 2 BT mouse. Same issue. Mouse dies randomly and stays dead for 20-30 seconds. I simply don't understand how it is possible for Microsoft to re-introduce a problem like this. 

    No changes to any 'Allow computer to turn off this device to save power' solves my problem.

    Hi Ed,

    I'm no Windows expert but I think you have to have a system restore point set up and go back to the restore point before updating to the version of Windows that caused the issue.

    In my case it didn't. How can i restore a previous build? It may be the only way to consistently use my Bluetooth mouse without those annoying freezes.

    I initially thought this worked only for the Bluetooth mouse to drop out again a few minutes later, seems to be so random, can be a few times a minute or sometimes go for ages without dropping out, each timeout is random length of time too from 5-20 seconds., I have disabled the power off option under USB controllers, and HID, was there one that I missed, I have an MSI Prestige 15 A10SC laptop with the Microsoft Modern Mobile Mouse.

    What I have noticed is that with the device manager open when the mouse disconnects is right after the entire list of devices disappears from the device manager, I'm just going through the Event Viewer no to see what has been logged.
