Windows 10 Ent. Update Feature 2004 Bluetooth issues

i am having a trouble with windows 10 ent version 2004 when using a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse ???? as i am having a Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse and just keeps disconnecting also i have a WiFi and Bluetooth card 7260AC and fully updated.

is there any list for the supported Microsoft Bluetooth mouses or supposed any Microsoft Bluetooth mouse should work.

    I have this problem with AC7260 and Windows 10 version 2004. Sometimes the BT mouse disconnects and reconnects after several seconds and other times the Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) Driver stops working altogether. If this happens, I can only fix it by disabling and reenabling the driver.

    As a workaround I use DevManView which allows a desktop shortcut to be created that will disable then enable the driver with a single click or using a Media Key script hotkey.

    I have also submitted a support request to Intel about this.

    I have also installed an AC7620 adapter in my notebook and since the 2004 version of Windows 10 I also have problems with Bluetooth aborts. I have already contacted the support of Intel (Intel Community - Wireless Dual-Band AC 7260 Bluetooth issues with Windows 10 2004). At first they referred to Microsoft, but this is of course nonsense, because it is a driver problem. So Intel would have to provide a new driver here again. The support is still valid until December 31, 2020 (Intel Support – Intel Wireless 7260 & Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160). Let's hope that something happens until then. We have to appeal from several sides.
