Windows 10 Ent. Update Feature 2004 Bluetooth issues

i am having a trouble with windows 10 ent version 2004 when using a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse ???? as i am having a Microsoft Sculpt Bluetooth mouse and just keeps disconnecting also i have a WiFi and Bluetooth card 7260AC and fully updated.

is there any list for the supported Microsoft Bluetooth mouses or supposed any Microsoft Bluetooth mouse should work.

    I solved this by going to Device Manager the scrolling down to the Universal Serial Bus Controllers. On my Dell XPS 13 (newest version), expanding this yields two line items for Intel(R) USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller -1.10 (Microsoft) and two for USB Root Hub (USB 3.0).  Each of these has a Power Management tab. On all four of these, I unchecked the box for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power", and it fixed the problem.

    The new Windows update removed this option. I know because it previously fixed all my Bluetooth issues. After updating, the issues I had returned, and immediately saw the option was no longer there. Now I'm trying to figure out which USB controller to disable power management so it doesn't disable Bluetooth in my motherboard.

    Did your Bluetooth show up as an item in the list?

    In your BIOS is Bluetooth activated?

    Try looking under Human Interface Devices  in the Device Manager and you should find Bluetooth items with the same setting "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" that you can uncheck. I did it, and it seems to have solved the issue in version 2004. Then again, it's only been 30 minutes, so we'll see in the long run.

    I've noted, at least for my case, that just opening the Bluetooth settings restarts my mouesr functionality. Also restarting any Bluetooth service do the trick.

    In and administrator PowerShell I run the following command:

    'Restart-Service bthserv'

    With that command my pointer starts moving again.
