Yesterday, I was playing minecraft dungeons and i reach like level 11. Today, I re-installed windows 10 in my pc and I see that I have to start the game again from lvl 1. Is there any option to sync my last character? What should i do? I'm with the same account. (sorry for my bad english)

Also I forgot what level i was on but i just found out today that when i downloaded minecraft dungeons into my new laptop, all my progress got wiped, and i uninstalled it on my old pc because i didnt think i needed it anymore
Im having the same issue, im not buying anything else from microsoft until they fix their ****. If anybody knows how to help us all please speak up loud and **** clear
no that is not the case. if the game crashes your all your saves will be gone forever this happend to me and alot of hte people i know
Yeah, **** this game. ****-ton of issues at launch, no crossplay on a micro-****-soft title. Crossplay finally launches and for some reason my lvl13 character is gone, so create new character. Get up to lvl78 and the game crashes leaving me with no character.
**** this game, **** the new mojang, and **** whoever thought this was a good idea
