Lost my character of minecraft dungeons.

I had a level 157 character with 104-108 and its all gone my pc broke and had to get another one and when I start up mc dungeons my hours of grinding is gone plz Mojang make a cloud save for your charecters

This doesnt help at all unfortunately, ive checked all stuff in folder "Microsoft.Lovika_8wekyb3d8bbwe" and there is no .dat.bak or .bak files and also non of my old character files :( thank You for trying tho.

The sad part is i did not get any help from MOJANG or MICROSOFT, one company is producer and the other one sold me the game.

I did Phone call to Microsoft but they did nothing but send me to MOJANG and i did make a ticket to MOJANG but they did not respond me at all, ticket is there for 3 days now and 0 anwser.

I will think TWICE now when buying anything from MICROSOFT or MOJANG.

They rly do not care, they sold the game and they are happy. I lost 30h on this game and they rolled out uptade and with that, they deleted my 80lvl character with 100lvl item lvl and i have 2-3h a day to play games, im just sad about this situation, no one cares.

How can't they have cloud save? 

Just got an error so i had to reinstall it and lost my 123 lvl character.

Im so annoyed that i have to start allover again after spending like 30 hours+ on my last character.....

I've stopped playing after reaching third difficulty, it became a grind fest with very little new item to trade for my old awesome items.

I haven't played in forever .... I have season pass so i'll get the update but when it's released i wont be more interested to try it than I am now.

It's a fun game-preview, but it's far from being a complete game, and why is it called minecraft dungeons there isn't any crafting.
