Lost my character of minecraft dungeons.

Yesterday, I was playing minecraft dungeons and i reach like level 11. Today, I re-installed windows 10 in my pc and I see that I have to start the game again from lvl 1. Is there any option to sync my last character? What should i do? I'm with the same account. (sorry for my bad english)

    Same here but i uninstalled due to the lack of levels and got bored but they added new stuff and I lost my level 73 account

    This game is making me so mad! I have lost my progress so many times. Why wont they fix this? Today I went to exit to desk top and instead of exiting when I hit "A" it reverted my character back 5 levels. I lost all my stuff and now I have to complete the game again which mean I lost my runes too. I enjoy the game play but, having to redo everything so many times ( lost my progress several times now) is so annoying. They need to fix this. The game launcher doesn't work either so I have to start the game from the store page. I wonder if that isn't part of the problem.

    It's not even about cloudsave, it's about why does it even get corrupted in the first place, i've never seen another game do that in my entire life.

    I also lost mine and my sons characters on separate accounts on the same PC after a failure. Why isn't this a cloud save???
