Yesterday, I was playing minecraft dungeons and i reach like level 11. Today, I re-installed windows 10 in my pc and I see that I have to start the game again from lvl 1. Is there any option to sync my last character? What should i do? I'm with the same account. (sorry for my bad english)

Also lost my character to this flawed saving system after a crash. Microsoft policy says they can't refund the game after you have start playing it, so beware. If you discover a flaw in the game after playing it they wont give your money back.

Same thing here, I had a lvl 44 character with a ton of Unique loot, was playing with three other friends when my game crashed and it just reset my entire game, lost everything. Very depressing to see in my opinion. :(
