Yesterday, I was playing minecraft dungeons and i reach like level 11. Today, I re-installed windows 10 in my pc and I see that I have to start the game again from lvl 1. Is there any option to sync my last character? What should i do? I'm with the same account. (sorry for my bad english)

I lost my Minecraft dungeons account level 124 but I'm not that angry I kind of beat the whole game although they need to fix this for people that haven't bet the game honestly I was kind of quitting it anyway but I would like my character back and I wish they had that for other people who still love playing the game.
I didn't play for a while and when I tried to upload my lvl 112 character it was gone and the game was treating me as if I was a new player. I just closed and reopened the game and it was back.
I played three days straight, with breaks only to sleep, and was having great fun but as soon as I reached power 100 I had a power outage, came back realize all my hard work is gone. Spent over an hour trying to get it back, and that's when I ran into this thread. I can't believe this is still a problem.

You are not correct at all. My characters are gone! My PC crashed, had to reinstall Windows. LOST EVERYTHING!
