I also did the same, upgraded to windows 10, but i was in the levels of 90s, with a power level of 105. I can also remember all the stuff I had. After 12 hours of trying to get Chrome to work on windows 10, I decide to relax and grind the secret level of Minecraft Dungeons, little did I know I had to f***king restart.
Lost my character of minecraft dungeons.
Yesterday, I was playing minecraft dungeons and i reach like level 11. Today, I re-installed windows 10 in my pc and I see that I have to start the game again from lvl 1. Is there any option to sync my last character? What should i do? I'm with the same account. (sorry for my bad english)

I lost my character. I did not reinstall ANY programs. I did not delete ANY programs. This game should be saving to the cloud and not to a local source on the PC, regardless. Like everyone else here, I want my character back. MS, you have failed your community with the delivery of this game. I operate multiple PC's under multiple accounts for my family, you can forget about ANY future purchases from my household. I'll take my business to STEAM. Cheers and thanks for scre wing us all.

2020-06-03T20:09:30+00:00 I think that at this point, someone will come up with a nice batch file that saves your game every 5 minutes in another folder with timestamps like they were doing with Minecraft, it truly sucks that people lose their characters on a RPG, it's the most senseless thing I've ever seen.
Imagine if people lost their characters on Diablo3 or Skyrim ..... **** Microsoft.

2020-06-03T19:07:14+00:00 You can actually find your save files in
C:\Users\*Your User Name*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Lovika_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\Dungeons\
To bad, even if the savefile is there, if the file has gotten corrupted, from a crash, you need to restore it from a backup you made before, which...nobody ever would do when they trust microsoft.
