it just happened to me too, my pc crashed, and now i see only 1 character, instead of 2. The strange thing is that the files are there, maybe 1 is damaged.
It suck so much.

Yesterday, I was playing minecraft dungeons and i reach like level 11. Today, I re-installed windows 10 in my pc and I see that I have to start the game again from lvl 1. Is there any option to sync my last character? What should i do? I'm with the same account. (sorry for my bad english)

2020-09-26T19:48:47+00:00 This game is making me so mad! I have lost my progress so many times. Why wont they fix this? Today I went to exit to desk top and instead of exiting when I hit "A" it reverted my character back 5 levels. I lost all my stuff and now I have to complete the game again which mean I lost my runes too. I enjoy the game play but, having to redo everything so many times ( lost my progress several times now) is so annoying. They need to fix this. The game launcher doesn't work either so I have to start the game from the store page. I wonder if that isn't part of the problem.
