Missing download folder

First of all, please share the screenshot of what error you exactly seeing, when you trying to download any file.

Also, answer this:

Which browser you're using using to download files? Is this happening if you're using another browser?

The error you're seeing from browser side, or file explorer side? Please give answer to this question. Also don't forget to share the error message screenshot

Your latest suggestions don't work as I am not able to download the Media Creation tool (step 6). I don't have a USB Installation Media or an ISO File.

Your currently installed version of Win 10 is really pretty old and most like a component of the current issue.

The older a copy of Windows is, the more difficult it becomes to support.

Since you have done all I have asked and still get no relief, here is a posting(below) found on this same forum that will answer how to do a Repair install.

You can always wait for next month's release. Otherwise reinstall 1909.

Try doing a repair install. A repair Install keeps everything including Files and applications and reinstalls Windows.

What version of Windows 10 is your machine ?

Right click on Start

Left click on Run

Type in Winver

OK

At this point the Winver output window should be on your screen

Hold the Windows key down, and at the same time press the "prt sc" key.

Please take a screenshot of the output of the following

Control Panel \ System \ Advanced System Settings \ Computer Name (tab at the top)

At this point, the Computer Name window, should be on your screen.

Hold the Windows key down, and at the same time press the "prt sc" key.

Navigate to the C:\Users\Admin\Pictures\Screenshots folder and open it.

You should see the two screen shots you just took.

Right click on the "Insert Image" icon, in the toolbar, at the top of THIS post.

Left click on "Choose File"

Navigate to the C:\Users\Admin\Pictures\Screenshots folder and select the screenshot you want to upload

Finally, click the "upload" button.

Then repeat for the second screenshot.
