Missing download folder

I cannot download programs. When sellecting “run” i get the message that the download directory cannot be accessed. Anyone know a fix?

    I ended up reinstallin windows again. This time without savings files, etc. I can now download anything.

    It seems like, your default download location is set to One drive Downloads folder. So click on the Change button and change to C:\downloads

    Or if you want to keep using One Drive downloads folder, then make sure, you have Set up One Drive on your computer.

    I have just completed a reinstall of windows. Still no luck downloading but I do see this error message and have provided a screenshot.

    I tried all that with no success. Now using the Windows Media Insalltion Tool to reload windows. Will let you know if this works.
