Yes, Microsoft has produced a vast quantity of over-functionalised hungry applications that clunky, confusing and aren't road-tested and unleashes them on the paying customer who's now no more than a testing guinea pigs.

Hey all!
The new version 2004 is up and ready to download. Theres two methods to install it.
Method one:
Setting > Update & Security > Windows Update (selected by default) > Check For Updates (all in lower caps)
P.S if you not able to find any updates It maybe your windows version (1909) is conlficting with your updates. If this happens follow method two:
Method two:
Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 > click on update now to install (Windows 10 update assistant) > follow the instructions and wait for install to complete. (read P.S If you new to the Windows 10 Update Assistant software.)
P.S allow the software to download and install the new windows version one done a notification will pop on the desktop. Dont worry this is normal and the software will automatically restart your pc.
DO NOT TURN OFF THE DESKTOP OR LAPTOP WHEN IT RESTARTS.

Then it uninstalled my Office Home and Business 2019 software for Outlook and replaced it with Office 365 which I don't even have a subscription to. I'm not technical by any means and I hate all these "Updates" that mess with my settings!
Important notes:
Check a few things on the PC where you want to install Windows 10:
- 64-bit or 32-bit processor (CPU). You’ll create either a 64-bit or 32-bit version of Windows 10. To check this on your PC, go to PC info in PC settings or System in Control Panel, and look for System type.
- System requirements. Make sure the PC meets the system requirements for Windows 10. We also recommend going to the PC manufacturer's website for additional info about updated drivers and hardware compatibility.
- Language in Windows. You'll need to choose the same language when you install Windows 10. To see what language you're currently using, go to Time and language in PC settings or Region in Control Panel.
- Edition of Windows. You should also choose the same edition of Windows. To check what edition you're currently running, go to PC info in PC settings or System in Control Panel, and look for Windows edition. Windows 10 Enterprise isn’t available in the media creation tool. For more info, go to the Volume Licensing Service Center.
- Microsoft Office products. If you just purchased a new device that includes Office 365, we recommend redeeming (installing) Office before upgrading to Windows 10. Office is now Microsoft 365. That is the understanding I got when my Office 365 was downgraded to Office 2016, and I had a fit! It's a frustrating ordeal when you have to redo what you have already done, and redo settings and everything else, content as well.
So get ready for the next "update" to move Office 365, which now, doesn't need a subscription for, Microsoft 365, which, by then, may not need a subscription for either. It's feature laden and certain iterations of it will be charged for. Things like expanded OneDrive storage, and the like. And as far as iCloud is concerned, Apple will give you enough headaches with their "updated" versions soon enough. I already had to change my credit card to get Apple to stop charging me for an account that they said was locked, "for security reasons", and they couldn't help me get into it, but they couldn't close the account either, so they kept the charge going. Not anymore!!!

2020-10-02T08:43:21+00:00 Your lucky, ive lost everything and theyve made changes in the way they do updates, and appeared to have fixed the glitches. Alot of this has to do with the NEW Security Intelligence updates and the Defender Application and conflicts with Cloud and Toolbars.
