It wasn't sarcasm. You made a suggestion and I did the same. We still need resolution and you do not apparently. You structured your "help" entirely around your complaint and a brief quip about the actual issue. It is all related to the 2004 update and some of us are having severe issues causing work interruptions and we shared our experience in search of help that MS is not providing. At this point you are involved simply to argue.

2020-06-14T05:11:55+00:00 Update:
Hi,
Windows.old folder has gone from the PC. And it has not been able to revert back to previous Windows 10 version. It seems like the folder was removed automatically, 10 days later from the update.
And ESENT has been reduced a lot, but it's still remained some for my previous post 1,2, and 4.

2020-06-14T10:05:47+00:00 I've been having this issue aswell, though i was on a fresh install of windows on a new drive, when i moved to a new motherboard and CPU, i've re-installed windows from a fresh wipe 3 times now, and i'm still having crashing issues. DISM and sfc scans were all clean as well, and memory passed testing. This has been a very frustrating issue, since i need a stable system to work, and having the OS stop working (but not blue screen) in the middle of critical work is aweful
