Help Fix event 642 [SOLVED]

Catalog Database (4288,D,12) Catalog Database: The database format feature version 9080 (0x2378) could not be used due to the current database format 1568.20.0, controlled by the parameter 0x410022D8 (8920 | JET_efvAllowHigherPersistedFormat).

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19041.264]

DISM and sfc scan commands are all successful.

Any help on this please?

Having trouble installing email account in Outlook 365 from Microsoft.  The error is that Autodiscover is not working. It's no better on 20H2 with a fresh and clean install. I'm starting to think MS just can't and shouldn't write software anymore.

My personal opinion is that from Window 7 the search never worked fine, correctly, and since then, there have always been more and more bugs.

I remember, back when I was still using Windows 7. I felt so relieved when Microsoft stopped supporting it! No more updates to screw up my computer.
