Help Fix event 642 [SOLVED]
Catalog Database (4288,D,12) Catalog Database: The database format feature version 9080 (0x2378) could not be used due to the current database format 1568.20.0, controlled by the parameter 0x410022D8 (8920 | JET_efvAllowHigherPersistedFormat).
Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19041.264]
DISM and sfc scan commands are all successful.
Any help on this please?

This is what we have discovered:
That the database created is instantly recognised as the wrong version.
That the database is then deleted at next cryptographic service start-up
The database is then always recognised as the wrong version and never recreated until:
You stop and disabled the cryptographic services (which will re-enable automatically so you have to be quick) and delete all of the DB files under system32\catroot2
Once recreated they are still recognised as the wong version
at next crypto service restart they are deleted once more and then constantly assumed to be the wrong version and never recreated...
