How do I reinstall my Bluetooth driver on my Windows 10 laptop?

I have been trying to turn on my Bluetooth for this laptop for the past 2 months and the icon is not available in the action center and I have tried any and every solution. How do I get back my Bluetooth driver?

    Hi,

    I have suddenly lost my Bluetooth services on my Dell Laptop, it was working fine but now I cannot find any drivers for it. I have followed the instructions to find the hidden items, but when I click on Bluetooth Properties I get a blank box with just the OK and Cancel boxes at the bottom. I have no Turn ON/OFF button in Bluetooth setup page in settings either. I get the feeling the blutooth drivers have become corrupt. If I run the Bluetooth Trouble Shooter, it says there is no Blue device installed.

    Any help appreciated.
