How do I reinstall my Bluetooth driver on my Windows 10 laptop?

I have been trying to turn on my Bluetooth for this laptop for the past 2 months and the icon is not available in the action center and I have tried any and every solution. How do I get back my Bluetooth driver?

    I did both through going into my device manager and troubleshooting but i only says that sadly this laptop is not capable of having Bluetooth, but it does not make sense because a previous owner of this laptop has claimed that they have connected and had the Bluetooth switch on.

    Hello Osborne_137,

    I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I understand you're having trouble with Bluetooth not working. What is the make and model of your device? Did you upgrade your Windows?

    Make sure Bluetooth is turned on

    Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

    Restart Your Bluetooth Radio

    If Bluetooth is enabled, switching it off and on again might resolve some underlying issues of which you’re unaware.

    To do this, click the notification icon in your Windows taskbar to access your quick settings. Click the “Bluetooth” tile to turn it off. Once it goes gray, click it again to turn it back on.

    Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter

    Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot . Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth, select Run the troubleshooter, and follow the instructions.

    Please visit your manufacturer's Support Page. Download and install the latest Bluetooth driver.

    Run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter

    Press Start then search command prompt

    Right click then run as administrator

    type: msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic

    Run the troubleshooter

    Restart your PC

    Restart the Bluetooth Support Service.

    Press WIN+R

    type: services.msc

    Find "Bluetooth support service"

    Right click then Restart

    Right click then properties. check if the startup type set to Automatic

    Disable/Enable Bluetooth

    Press Start then search Device Manager

    Right click or press and hold on your Bluetooth device, click/tap on Disable device

    Right-click again then Enable

    Update Bluetooth driver via Device Manager

    WIN+X then Select Device Manager

    right-click the device, and then click “Update Driver” to search for a new driver.

    Click "Update Driver" in "Device Manager."

    Click “Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software” if you want to search for a driver automatically.

    If you downloaded the driver from the manufacturer’s website (and it doesn’t include an automatic installer), click “Browse My Computer for Driver Software” and follow the onscreen instructions.

    Uninstall Bluetooth

    Click Start and type Device Manager.

    In Device Manager, locate the Bluetooth adapter. Select Uninstall.

    Restart the machine and Windows will automatically install the driver after log in
