How do I reinstall my Bluetooth driver on my Windows 10 laptop?

I have been trying to turn on my Bluetooth for this laptop for the past 2 months and the icon is not available in the action center and I have tried any and every solution. How do I get back my Bluetooth driver?

I'm having this exact same problem, word for word. Did you ever fix it?

NO.. I have not found or tried any suggested ideas. I have an OontZ angle 3 speaker and my goal is to play music from my Toshiba Laptop into a better speaker than is the speaker in the Laptop.
