All my files are gone it is like the computer was wiped clean. What can I do??

The first thing is to restart 4 times in a row. At the sign-in screen select the power icon bottom right hand corner and then select restart. After the 4th start then sign-in as normal and check for your files again. What you describe is a temporary profile.

My computer automatically updated to this version and ALL of my computer files were deleted. I am not sure how to recover them and I don't want to make the problem worse. HELP PLEASE!!!
