Greetings! I decided to update the licensed version of Windows 10 1909 yesterday and found some problems with loading the browser. I thought that the problem could be with the hosting, I contacted the provider, they answered me that there are no problems and everything works correctly for them. But I can’t load my site or other websites that I regularly use because the browser is throwing an error. The support team said there might be a reason for the update. How to return the old version or how to solve this problem?

You are not a real user. You are a power user. It is great that you have obtained an education on how to use and maintain your PC. The great majority of users have not made any such effort. They don't have a clue how to install a new app, never mind how to assess a new issue or clean up their hard drive. You think it is common sense on how to change the oil in your car? Guess again! For many owners it isn't even common sense to GET an oil change. Never mind trying to figure out how to do it themselves. I am willing to bet that most car owners don't even have a tire pressure gauge, so how many do you think really pay attention to the tire pressure during seasonal changes? This is a society of pay someone else to fix it, with the rare individual that can do it for oneself. Congratulations if you are one of those rare individuals. At your age, you should know that most people are not like you, and that they often need guidance not derision. You should also be able to tell the difference between a company that offers great customer support and a company that has shifted to less personal, difficult to obtain support. Microsoft used to listen and communicate. The shift to Windows 10, which is heavily influenced by 'remote access' and 'AI assistance,' has severely distanced that relationship.
