I don't work for Microsoft I just use their product and all I can do is tell folks what I do to address these issues. You are free to do as you choose. I might mention that my Updates install just fine and work well so apparently I am doing something right. And what I do is learn how to work WITH my computer so that I can accomplish what I want to. This means I make use of the tools they give me. AND always remember chkdsk/f SFC /SCANNOW AND DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth && DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth It's astonishing how often those and the removal of junk as I recommended earlier in this thread and even a check to see if one needs to run an optimization can help keep things running smoothly. I know most of us have this set to run automatically but if your device is getting sluggish a check of this to make sure all drives are AT optimum (and not fragmented to Albuquerque and Back doesn't hurt.)

I couldn't see my battery % or battery icon on the taskbar. what should I do please help me.

so I got the your phone app but when I open it it's not doing anything. just stays stuck on a blank white window Anyone have any suggestions
