There is bugs with this new update . They should address it. Again its causing mine to blue screen . There are issues

Hi. I'm concerned. I updated my computer to this new update, then shut it down (by clicking Update and Shutdown). Two days later, I turned it on for the first time since the update, and it starts up with the windows symbol, then freezes. It then shows me the blue screen saying it has to restart(error code: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE). it repeats this startup-then-crash cycle until it loads automatically repair. I was able to revert to a point before it installed the update, and it worked again! But then I decided to reinstall windows(it was running very slowly). it started installing windows again, but I then realized it was installing the broken update again! Now it has destroyed the restore point(I have none now) and the only thing left to do is get an ISO and manually install it. What's annoying is that Microsoft has reported no bugs, and doesn't give you older ISO versions(You're forced with the latest one). This is terrible. I can't get on to my computer and I need help. seems to be isolated to ryzen? so far both my intel system updated itself, one 6 year old i5 2500k, another i7, both have no problem, is it random for some hardware set up? now im scare to off my both my pc, so far they are working fine. Haven't seen any solid evidence of the problem though,? like no videos on youtube at all, MS is denying those problems exist. Some forum said scammers are reporting errors cause their exploits are patched. ?Perhaps those really with issues can record a video and post it on youtube as proof.

Early this morning while trying to connect to a bluetooth device my laptop needed me to restart. As restart was starting i got a screen message that a Microsoft update was being installed. Still now about 5 hours later. My screen is stuck on "Working on features" "100 percent complete" "Do no turn off your computer". I have been through every troubleshooting help, but they all require i be in the Window operating system. The problem is that it will not go past this screen, and none of the keyboard works. Can someone please advise me? More info. I am on a HP 15-BS1XX, it had Windows installed when i bought it new, i do not have a disk or flash drive with the software on it. I hav tons of personal file on this computer that i cannot lose.
