2020-05-18T13:25:43+00:00 You just have to change the Windows 10 Key and wait for the windows update to do its part.
Go to Control Panel > System and on the right bottom there is an option "Change product key".
Keep in mind that you will need an Windows 10 pro key, that is different of your current Home key.
On microsoft:
- windows 10 home https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/windows-10-home/d76qx4bznwk4 is $139.00
- windows 10 pro https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/windows-10-pro/df77x4d43rkt/48DN is $199.99
There are school and corporate deals with microsoft that makes them free or more affordable though.

2020-05-18T12:32:45+00:00 Hello, your signature shows that you have a MSi WE73 8Sk, is that the one that the audio stopped working?
Because mine (MSI GS63VR) happened the same sometime ago, the internal speaker continued but my headphone is not recognized anymore.
I tried to do a full reset and reinstall the original system, but nothing worked.
The problem seems to be the phone jack, the one on my headphone have 3 rings and I don't think fits any normal standard, but I did not get another one for a test, partially because of my laziness, partially because of this damn pandemic.
But maybe it helps you if your problem is the same (internal speaker working and phone not recognized).
