So my operating system used to be windows 7 which I updated for free via windows to windows 10 a few years back. Today I had a big update which took about 30 minutes and when it restarted I got a black screen saying BOOTMGR Issue. I pressed CTRL, ALT DELETE but it kept returning back to the same message. Out of panic I then whacked in my original windows 7 disc hoping it would repair the issue but instead its trying to install windows 7! Im worried to death I will lose all my personal files, can someone please offer advice on how to fix this issue please? I have no windows 10 cd so im at a complete loss. Im no computer wizz kid unfortunately. Any help is better than where I am right now. Thanks all Andy

Upon installing the most recent update, my computer defaulted into the Walled Garden "S-Mode" and it feels like a ransom-ware to keep me away from Steam, from Zoom and my Firefox browser. How do I get out of this? Every attempt to do it "the usual" way, no matter how many things I update, restart and reset, I am only given a "there's something wrong on our end" message. Help!

The portable pc is low on power but somehow after the last update it started showing no diffrence what so ever , Solution ?

After installing this update my mouse driver would not load, and MS settings would not load from the rightclick, power shell or command line. To right the river of fubar I had to go to the advanced startup menu and remove the latest quality update, and everything went back to working as it should.
