    Even added the Cliqz browser to each laptop with the Windows 10 Pro and they work great as well.  IE 11 browser is running fine also.  Switched to using DuckDuckGo as the search engine for the browsers and that works, too. Ghostery extension is running on the browsers with no problems. The 64 bit Dell laptop is a Dual Boot with Windows 7.  The Dell laptop has both a local account and a Microsoft account.  Booting to either account or both at the same time works fine.  Time will tell if we have a Windows 7 rival?

    I know that's for XP but a clean install is probably  your best option.
