Seriously advise everyone NOT to bother with this update yet.... Updated my PC and of course, now all my mapped drives to my NAS unit are now GONE!  Network connections can no longer see my NAS at all, and doing a manual mapping to any shared folder is no longer possible... spoke to Microsoft support and they told me "oh, yeah, it's a known problem...."

Microsoft.... would be nice of you to get your house in order before you go advertising updates like this... In this day of 2020, this might be news to you but many of us at home use whats called a "Network Access Storage" unit which we map drives too....  you may not know about them but they are pretty common and people tend to get very annoyed when  they loose access to them.... and another thing, might be nice of you to advise any potential build 2004 customers this is an issues ESPECIALLY if you know about it.

Once again Microsoft, yet another buggy update pushed out..... bravo

Didn't know there was one. But then I use a desktop not a laptop---they come with such limited RAM and STORAGE space. But my Settings App has not changed:

Under "More Recovery" it does offer that Fresh Install option everyone was cheering about. It takes you to this web page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4012986/windows-security-track-device-performance-health and you scroll about halfway down the page and there are the instructions for that.

Hey all, I just upgraded to windows 10 version 2004 on my laptop and I can not see the improved settings app (Sign-in info with picture and three apps including one drive on the other side instead its still the old look. Am I missing something or that feature is exclusive to some laptops and pcs?

    Hi Waqar,

That's a very good question. I've seen other posts out there on different board with the same question as you have. Unfortunately there are No Answers that I've found so far. Have you posted this question to the feedback hub yet?... BTW I also do not see the Avatar or the OneDrive on the other side of the settings App, But everything else works "Perfectly". I remember they did this same thing with this new feature a few builds back, but at release time MS decided to leave it out. Perhaps they are doing this on purpose again?... Sorry I don't have a answer, But perhaps MS will enlighten us all soon.
