Windows 10 May 2020 update is now available

If you have version 1909, stick with that until microsoft works the bugs out, no telling when that will be.

Windows 10 2004 is  a the worst update I ever seen

Force update will be always disaster. I have test updare using Windows Update Assistant on my HP Elite X2 G4. Freeze, unable to restart, shut diwn, user settinhd not load up, and every force startup always start with preparing windows, etc,. 

There is a notice on Windows Update page that my device is mot quite ready, and i do not habpve to do anything right now, Install now will show up if everyipthing is ready, which i do not know when.

on my dexktop PC, i have updated using Windows Update install now button. The result is an unstable machine, IDM freeze abd require reboot, File Explorer become non responsive,

i would say that Microsoft has tested this ipdate for fery long tome in Windows Insider. So MS should not release this buggy updates like this and upset many users.

So, i will stick with 1909 for now. Update and problem is a completely wadte of time and energy

Have used th official Update Assistant from the MS website

Kindly wait for this may 2020 update  because still this update has lot of bugs. It will be release soon for older laptop due to compatibility issue with hardware but for surface pro it is already available  in windows update. Better to be wait for few weeks to get stable update. Still you can update through win 10 assistant tool but it will not give stable performance.
