But then I don' load my device down with Google's clunky browser and its attendant problems.

IE 11, Firefox, Waterfox and Cliqz browsers are working OK. Users need to go into Settings and turn off or set the parameters there so their system functions cleaner. This tends to minimize problems.

Don asks "Where is Microsoft?" Microsoft is in the same place it has always been. Redmond, Washington.
However, if you want to contact them use your Get Help App or your Feedback App, Either can put you in touch with Microsoft Technicians.
As for this "mess they have created" I have experienced no issues with this update or any of the earlier ones. But then I don' load my device down with Google's clunky browser and its attendant problems. I suggest you contact them for assistance with these:

This update has been a total disaster heck I cant even install it on my PC goes to working on updates 60 percent than rolls back..maybe its a blessing in disguise that I cant get it for whatever reason, now when I search for updates it shows none so maybe thats a good thing
