Actually Edge Chromium works just fine. But Google has always been inundated with spyware. Still, that's a story for another time. Now the question becomes, since you don't want help fixing the problems your device is encountering and you just wish to complain why are you wasting our time?

Create your own Thread, mark it as a "Discussion Thread" and rave on to your heart's content. With luck, other unhappy users will find your Discussion Thread and will post many words agreeing with you and that will make you feel VERY happy and fulfilled.

In the meantime, the people who want to get their device working will post in this thread or will post their questions separately to help ensure that one of the many volunteers here will see it and respond that much more quickly.

OR you can start a blog about the Evils of Microsoft as you see it because the changes have upset you and you haven't bothered to keep informed on how the updates and upgrades work and how best to incorporate them into your system.

There's a lovely little app called "Tips" that I have found extremely helpful as we moved from Windows Vista to Windows 7 and 8 and, finally 10. It looks like this and really simplified the whole process for me:

Yes, you are right, you shouldn't have to look all over for fixes. But when I have a problem with a Third Party Program I tend to ask the maker why. In your case I would ask Google if there's a patch from them to help their browser work in Windows 10 Twenty Oh Four.

Just as I would ask the makers of Steam or iTunes or VLC or any of the Third Party software I DO find useful.

This update is nothing short of a disaster and website are not calling it that. It should have never been released to Windows users until it was ready. This update was clearly pushed out to soon. Personally I am experiencing Chrome and Chromium will not save passwords, my Application Event Viewer being bombarded with ESENT event 642 warnings, getting push notifications after a restart telling me there is a problem with my MS account and needs to be fixed, Defrag for my HDD and trim for my SSD does not work. I am sick and tired of all the cut and paste solutions being given to fix problems created by this update when they do not work. Microsoft you need to fix this mess you have created .

Where is Microsoft and why haven't they owned up addressed this major update disaster to users? When will all the problems members are having be fixed.

    roll back worked for me

    you have 10 days

I am beyond the the 10 days.

Don asks "Where is Microsoft?" Microsoft is in the same place it has always been. Redmond, Washington.

However, if you want to contact them use your Get Help App or your Feedback App, Either can put you in touch with Microsoft Technicians.

As for this "mess they have created" I have experienced no issues with this update or any of the earlier ones. But then I don' load my device down with Google's clunky browser and its attendant problems. I suggest you contact them for assistance with these:

Yes they are in Redmond trying to avoid having to own up to this mess they sent out to users. I have submitted numerous problems since the update via the Feedback Hub and tell me what good would talking to some Microsoft Technician sitting in a cubicle somewhere in India do. Do you think they will fix the problems MS created for many users in this update? The point is that no one should have to go hunt down solutions for things that were working perfectly before this update broke them. It seems you did not read and comprehend what I said about Chrome and Chromium. I said the update wiped out saved passwords in both browsers and will no longer save them. I said nothing about crashes. I guess Edge Chromium is also a clunky browser and its attendant problems. Do you have another little worthless link to add for Chromium as well?  Maybe MS should make you user of the year with your perfect computer and perfect update installs. Now run along. Buh Bye !!
