    I just purchased a desktop from Walmart and it is supposed to have windows 10 home on it, but when I turn it on, I'm seeing an error message that I do not have it. I have tried everything to fix this to no avail. HELP?

    Do not rack your brain trying to fix something that probably can not be fixed and even if it could it probably will never operate properly. Take it back and get your money back as well and never buy a computer from Walmart. Was this a brand new computer of refurbished computer as they like to sell refurbished ones.  Go somewhere like Best Buy and purchase a computer with your money. Remember you get what you pay for and when it comes to a computer always check out reviews for the one you want.
