Download a file to a particular drive

I usually d/l on my data disk, drive H. Recently, for some reason I cannot now. I using Utorrent. When I do, an error shows up: "Error: The system cannot find the path specified (WriteToDisk)." Excuse me??? I have enough space on my drive. I am forced to use another drive, drive G; but this drive is skating on thin ice as far as space is concerned.  The drives I wanted to d/led the file is 2.3Gbs; the space on the drive is 14.5Gbs. Do you think Microsoft update in May could have caused it? On the same token wouldn't it affected drive C, which it didn't? What I did was d/l the file to Drive F (USB drive) and when done, transferred the file to drive H. In the process, a window appeared and told me I have to have special permission to transfer the file. Should I continue? I chose yes and it did. I went to my files and looked up the properties of the folder download in drive H. In the permission, every check box is checked expect FULL CONTROL and the property window is greyed out. I can't do anything to the window!!! Very frustrating... :-(  I am the administrator.

UPDATE:   I used: drive H alone and it started downloading. Any other folder won't.  NOTE: In drive H, there are 4 subdirectories. The last one was just administrated, the video file. In that folder, I looked into the properties. In the subtab, security, FULL CONTROL is allowed. It is still in relief though. The other 3 subdirectories DOES NOT allow FULL CONTROL, also in relief. Also, in 3 of the previous subdirectories of drive H, I checked in the Permission category and I cannot add nor remove any permission status; but the last subdirectory I can. Would someone please tell me what am I doing wrong???

    David, you did not set up Active flags on two abandoned System Reserved partitions which should not be there and must be removed. Why are you not willing to do this bare minimum to assure Windows will keep booting?

    This has nothing to do with the boot order or reloading Windows if it won't start. This issue is with two other separate partitions which are wrongly marked as Active boot partitions booting WIndows when they are not. The only partitions on an MBR setup which should be marked Active are ones pointing to the System partition booting Windows. This is how the BIOS finds them. Having them remain Active is wrong, dangerous and can stop Windows from booting at any time, requiring you to boot media to mark them Inactive - so why not do it now to prevent this?

    I have caught this error hundreds of times and not once has my advice been ignored.

    Greg, again please forgive me.  I set it up that way.  Using MSI BIOS, I set my boot sequential procedures accordingly.  In case I have a melt down and my comp screws up royally, I have another USB disk that loads the newest version of Win10.  If I can't find my stick and the same thing happens, I can use my CD as a default.  I AM PREPARED! ;-)

    Your Windows hard drive showing as Disk0 in the screenshot should be set as first to boot in BIOS. Then to trigger bootable media like a USB stick or DVD, use the BIOS Boot menu key. There are many reasons for this.

    I have been reading Disk management screenshots in forums for ten years, tens of thousands of them, far more than anyone else online or in forums. Having abandoned System Reserved partitions marked Active queries the BIOS each time you start and is asking for problems. It is not just wrong, it is disastrously wrong - meaning it is just a slight slip away from catastrophic failure. I gave you the steps to fix it. Those partitions MUST be marked Inactive and then deleted, at the minimum marked Inactive so the Active flag is not pointing at them in the BIOS to boot Windows which doesn't even exist on those drives.

    There is one thing Greg, the only drive that refers as bootable is C...   According to my MSI BIOS, there is a bootable sequence that has to follow:

    1. USB hard disk
    2. Pioneer BluRay/DVD
    3. Samsung SSD

    The rest is incidental.  My main bootable drive starts with my SSD.  The only data in my USB are movies.  I hardly use my Pioneer and that is mostly for audio.  I'm a Pink Floyd groupie. :-)  I'll admit, more space is advantageous.  It's just I do think that's what you are looking for...  Be as it may, I'll follow your recommendations...  As long as I won't lose any of the files in drive H and G.  Baby pictures of my daughter are the only ones I have...
