Thanks so much. Yes, you are right, i didn't check to show system files, so indeed, there are many files in the <SID> folder.
I tried your appl and it showed OK result and 4 green OKs. So this is not my problem obviously...
Still, something very weird is going on here. I hope it will be soon rectified. I found HP Smart app on my computer, which i uninstalled, but it had seemingly no scheduled task entries. I am sure though that the problem will come back, its like the covid19

P.S. 5 minutes later..... the problem stroke again. Outlook stopped downloading. After restarting it (restarting Outlook), all password fields are empty and of course no connection with the server. Closed outlook. Pressed the sleep button (plain sleep, no
hibernation, no fast boot or anything), then pressing it again to wake the laptop, fired outlook and voila.... Outlook is up and running, and the passwords are all in their fields.
ANY IDEAS? Somebody can replicate that?
