Windows 10 version 2004 Randomly freezes

Just for info, version windows 10 2004 19041.388  always freeze with malwarebytes 4.1.2.73.

I still have to disable detection of anti-ransomware, and then no more problem at all.

That's curious, because I have the exact same versions and no problem at all.

Malwarebytes "Self protection module + Early start" enabled.

The update auto installed on my desktop and crashed my desktop.  The whole system became unresponsive.  And all programs froze.  Restarted pc and went to diagnostic and had me reset and has been getting system ready for almost an hour now dont know if it corrupted my new ssd drive.

Following the serious performance problem in 2004 and 2009:

I would like to remind you again about freeze problem randomly for 1 or 2 minutes in a loop. 

I remind you that I have never installed Malwarebytes and indeed I always use Avast Free with the latest update. I had completely uninstalled and cleaned the registries with CCleaner + IObit. This does not change the problem and there is always a random freeze!

I had bought a second disk with the same characteristic / same model as the first one. This does not change the problem and there is always a random freeze!

I had done the full and hard RAM/DISK/BUS/MotherBoard/CACHE/ETC diagnostics. BIOS and HW + SW/OS drivers are up to date, all is clean!

I had checked several times: dsm + sfc + chkdsk: everything is clean!

So I went back to 1909 using the system backup by Synology: everything is back to normal with additional patches (see below).

So, I blocked the update of the two laptops for fear of losing precious time like this for a month and a half (too expensive)!

On the other hand, I would like to identify and quote the list of equipment used on your PC, if it comes from the hardware compatibility problem like NVIDIA, is it, maybe ?

The best solution to these freezes is opting out of Insider builds.

From Microsoft:

We recommend opting out of Insider builds when your PC or phone is using a production build, which is more stable and can remain on your device longer. Insider builds are less stable than production builds, aren’t serviced, and eventually expire.

Note

You won’t lose any info if you opt out your device using a production build.

1. Wait for the next build announcement. The Feedback Hub app is a good place for this.
2. Make sure your device is using a production build. On your PC, do one of the following:
   • Select the Start  button, then select Settings  > System  > About, and then look for the build edition, version, and build number.
   • In the Search box, type winver, or press Windows logo [icon] key + R, then look for the build number.
3. If you're opting out your phone, make sure it's running a production build by pressing and holding (or right-clicking) the Start  button, then selecting Settings  > System  > About, and then looking for the build number.
4. Select the Start  button, then select Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Insider Program, and then choose Stop Insider builds.
5. Follow the instructions to opt out your device.
