2020-06-29T13:32:40+00:00 Hello,
I confirm the Randomly freezes since version 2004 (official version and not insider version).
Since the last build 2004 update (June 10, 2020), my computer has become an unbearable freeze and slow disaster.
I tried to uninstall the last unstable patch with
wusa / uninstall / kb: 4557957 but unfortunately there was a purge.
In addition, I found that Windows becomes more and more very anxious and very penalizing when we work, it is unthinkable and I am ready to leave Windows if I would not have the fixes this week Tuesday evening at the latest. Because I am now very late and I have lost 3 weeks of this greedy bug bugs!

2020-06-28T17:25:02+00:00 I haven't tested any games as of yet, but removing avast free antivirus has solved the issues of my applications freezing and applications not opening. I have restarted the pc several times opened many applications and ran them and so far all is well, as for games i to hace watchdogs when i have time i will run the game and see if any issues come back. I have also posted the problem on the avast forum. I would love to know why hasn't avast fixed the issues with 2004?
I did what someone here suggested remove avast using the removal tool and then testing all my applications. Windows 2004 is not stable at all, it should not have been released.
It looks like all of our whining (to our English friends that's winging) has had a impact on the guys at Microsoft! 2004 is not available now. My laptop message says "feature update to windows 10 is on the way, version 2004." They took down the defective download. So roll back and keep checking for the updated version. Maybe for those with 2004 on their machines a patch is available.

2020-06-28T14:24:18+00:00 Hello everyone,
I am running win 10 version 2004 19041.329, not the beta version. As of yesterday June 16th, 2020 my computer started to freeze when I was watching a couple of videos on udemy. I was also copying and pasting some questions and answers using Microsoft Word 2016. The computer started to freeze. When I went to look at the event viewer I noticed all the alerts ESENT 642 and I could not find a resolution.
Identical issue i have been re installing and re formatting os drive and was changing ram sticks ect thinking it could possibly be my ram but after searching i realised i to installed 2004
